- Ralph Kaul and Alice his wife ask for restitution of a messuage in Bodmin, of which they were forcibly disseised by Robert Tresilian, and which was seized by the king's officers as forfeit after he was attainted of treason, although they had again entered it before that. They state that it was found before the officers, John Kentwode and William de Horbery, that they were disseised as they say, but that they do not want to restore the messuage to them without another command from the king and council.
