Note (Additional information about the record)
- CChR 1341-1417 p.224, the original grant of the franchises, is date 22 August 1372. They are revoked in 1376, then re-granted and revoked by Richard II, and re-granted again on 28 November 1386 (CChR 1341-1417 pp.305-306). If these are the same franchises, it seems likely that the petition dates from 1386.
