- The Prior and convent of Hurley state that, although Geoffrey de Hurle had released and quitclaimed all his rights to housebote, haybote and fuel in the Prior and convent's woods, the Escheator is grievously distraining them for 10s. a year, claiming that they have appropriated these rights against the statute. They request a remedy.

- Because the said release of the said estovers granted in this way by the Prior's predecessor is not accounted or reputed in law as alienation in mortmain, he is to have a writ to the Escheator that he is not to molest him for that reason.
