Walter de Hungerford and Elizabeth his wife request execution of a fine through which the manor of Hanthorpe ought to descend to Elizabeth, on which they have sued a scire facias before Geoffrey Lescrop and his companions, justices of King's Bench, and which has been delayed for four years and more.
