- Richard atte Hou requests the king's permission to acquire from John Faucumberge, for himself, his wife, and their heirs, certain tenements in Eastburn, which are held of the king in chief, paying 4 marks annually for them; an inquisition has determined the value of these tenements, and that this would not be to the king's harm.
