- Bernard del Hospitau, son of Peter del Hospitau, late citizen of Bayonne, states that Bernard Dartiguelonque has refused to honour a business partnership with his father, and that, even though he has been ordered to do so by judgments both of the Mayor and good people of Bayonne and of the king's judges of appeal (to whom he appealed), he is still delaying. He asks that the process might be heard before the king, and these judgments upheld.
