CFR 1356-68 p.254 is dated at Westminster, 20 April 1363. The petition would appear to post-date this, although CFR 1356-68 p.254 states that Fulk has acknowledged that John de Cobham, who held the manor for life with reversion to the king, has alienated it to him, whereas Fulk in the petition disputes that John de Cobham held the manor in this way. John Tye was Escheator of Surrey between 5 October 1361 and his death on 23 October 1368.
