David Holbache requests the lands and tenements, rents and services, formerly belonging to David ap Youet of Evenall, who lately died the king's loyal liege, as they have passed to his sister, Angharad, and her husband Ieuan ap Paynot, who were adherents of Owain Glyndwr.
Nature of endorsement
On 19 October, in the eighth year of the king's reign, with the advice of his council, at which were present the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Bishop of Winchester, the Bishop of Durham, Chancellor, the Bishop of London, Treasurer, the Keeper of the Privy Seal, the Lords Ros and Willoughby, it was agreed that David Holbache, mentioned in the petition, should have for himself and his heirs the lands, tenements and other things specified in the petition, according to the effect and contents of this petition.
