Nature of request
Writ of Edward III to the Treasurer, Barons and Chamberlains of the Exchequer, stating that he wishes to be informed whether Adam de Arundel or Alice his daughter, or Walter de Hemelsay remised, quitclaimed, or gave any other estate in the lands in Atlow Cowton that Adam demised to William de la More, Master of the Order of the Temple in England for thirty-one years, to Edward II, Edward III or William de la More, and asking them to search the rolls and memoranda of the Exchequer, and to inform him of what they find on behalf of this right in this matter.
