The petitioners request payment for 200 quarters of wheat, which Richard Catour took from them in the king's thirty-fourth year, for provisioning of the town and castle of Calais, and for which they have not been paid, despite suing to the Treasurer.

Note
Dated on the guard to 'c. 1360 seq.' with reference to 34 Edward III (25 January 1360 - 24 January 1361) and CCR 1360-4 p.125, which is dated 20 July 1360. The petition would seem to date from a few years after the end of this year, as the petitioners have sued to the Treasurer for payment.
