The petitioners state that when they went to William de Orthyngborugh, official and commissary of the Archdeacon of London and Walter his clerk, to prove the testament of William le Heymonger, and to have administration of his goods, they broke the seals of the testament and kept it with them, so that, by the usages of the city of London they have no warrant to administer the testament according to the will of the testator. They request a remedy.
