- Gordon requests that he be able to have a new charter for the bailiwick of Horethorne which the king granted to him for his maintenance since he has lost the charter granting it to him and no longer serves in the bailiwick and vouches to warranty the rolls for this gift and charter. He served the king for a long time . . . and went with the king in all his wars in Scotland.
