Gloucestre requests a hasty remedy upon those felons that beat Roukle, one of his ministers and killed William le Blake, another of his ministers when they tried to make a distraint for a rent owed to the king since the felons have not been attached by the procurors and enemies who are powerful in the country. Gloucestre had the keeping of Chipping Norton by authority of his escheatery and by the death of the earl of Arundel.
