- Glemsford requests that a remedy be ordained to him in the present parliament, and that Clopton be made to come before the council to answer Glemsford according to the tenor of a bill pending in parliament concerning his maintenance that he and other people have given to Wytnesham in bringing an assize of novel disseisin against Glemsford of certain land in Boxted. Although it was found that Wytnesham had no right to the tenement, but by Glemsford's maintenance he has not been able to recover the same.
