Nature of request
The petitioners request that they be able to have a speedy remedy and that they are able to have restitution of their money. They had taken quantities of silver plate to Clerk and Nicoli to be made into coin. This should have been made within eight days, but when they returned Clerk had left the country and assigned his right in his office to Nicoli, to the fraud and damage of them, and Nicoli did not wish to make restitution to them. The matters were found thus by a jury.
