Griffith requests that the king order to the justice of Carmarthen or his lieutenant to try and enquire by good and lawful men of the country concerning land that he and his father before him held called Ynysfynadlog, of which he was deprived by Hackelute wrongfully and without judgement.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered to the justice that he inform himself by all the ways that he is able of the things contained in this petition, and certify the king of his findings in Chancery that the king be able to do what ought to be done.
