The petitioner seeks a writ of oyer and terminer to be shown before Nevill, Cantebrigg and Asshele, justices, because of the trespass committed by Robert, Sarah, William, Maud, Margaret, Anne and John, in that they took two oxen, one horse, and three heifers worth 100s to Abington Pigotts in the county of Cambridge, and that they also took other goods and chattels belonging to the petitioner worth £40.
