- The petitioner shows that he has been deprived of his free tenements (without being present to answer) by reason of an inquest held before the escheator of Yorkshire. The petitioner was deprived of a messuage and four bovates of land in Thoralby and a messuage and two bovates of land in Skirpenbeck together with all his goods, houses, and profits, and requests that the king restore to him the said properties by sufficient sureties, or in other ways, with the council of the king.
