Nature of request
Transcript of an inquisition held at Bradenstock before Adam Walraund and Robert de Hungresford, on the Monday of the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the twentieth year of Edward II, which finds that John le Fraunkelayn demised a messuage and half a virgate of land to his brother Miles, which should revert to him after Miles' death, but that because Miles was an adherent of Henry Tyeys in his rebellion they were seized into the king's hand, and are still there. It also finds that Miles died on the Friday after the Annunciation in the king's seventeenth year [1324], and that the lands are held of Robert de Mordon.
