Eleanor Le Estrange makes two requests:1) She asks the king to advise as to her sister Bertraya, who is insane, and cannot give or sell inheritance, and asks that she and her co-parceners might not be disinherited.2) She asks for the manor of Willey, which her father had of the gift of Henry III, and which he bequeathed to marry his daughters.
Nature of endorsement
[The Bishop of] Rochester and the others of the council are to be awaited.The sheriff is to be ordered to have this madwoman come before the king.Concerning the other article, she is to go to Chancery, and have what she should.
