- Nicholas de Estotevile brings a complaint against Ralph de Hengham and Nicholas de Stapeldon, justices, stating that they increased the inquisition in a case of trespass against one of his villeins, Maud la Neve, to include Nicholas, who challenged her accusers, and when the inquest passed against her, they not only imprisoned him for three days for her trespass, but demanded £10 from him, on account of which the Sheriff sold some of his cattle.
