Nature of request
Dynyeton shows that for his good service and the expense that he has been put to the king granted to him certain farms in Caernarfonshire for 6 years and although he has met his obligations under the grant he has been maliciously ousted. He requests remedy so that he is able to enjoy the farms without disturbance, and that a writ is made to the justice.
Nature of endorsement
The petition was read before the auditors of the justice of Wales and when the commission was heard and read and the truth of the petition as to the term of the grant had appeared it was agreed that he should have a writ to the justice that he should restore the tenements to be held according to the tenor of the commission.
