- Walter de Donington states that Richard de Hevinlad, John le Clerk of Donnington and Walter le Wite, bailiff of Richard de Hevinlad came armed to his lands, carried off ploughs and horses, imprisoned those who were looking after the horses, and kept the ploughs and horses until he agreed to do as they wanted with regard to a debt which was demanded from him. He requests grace and a remedy.
