Nature of request
Aymer Deyvill states that Hugh le Despenser the father and his people expelled him with force and arms from certain tenements in Latchford and Haseley, and that the manor of Haseley, and his tenements, are now in the king's hand. He requests a remedy, and that he might have a writ to the Escheator of Oxfordshire or the Warden of the castle of the honour of Wallingford, in whose hands the manor is.

A search is to be made among Hugh's muniments etc. to see if anything can be found for the king to bar Aymer. And if nothing is found the king will provide a remedy.
