1) The petitioners request remedy. The justices in court Christian are using excommunication against people for matters not involving testaments and marriages, and preventing them from purchasing the king's prohibition.2) The petitioners request remedy and a better maintenance of the king's jurisdiction as writs of capias are granted too readily in Chancery only upon the information of the ordinary.3) The petitioners request that those imprisoned by such writs be treated less harshly allowing them visits and their own foods, and that they should not be kept in irons.4) [Badly damaged] The petitioners complain of pleas called into court Christian that do not belong there.5) [Badly damaged] The petitioners complain of pleas called into court Christian that do not belong there.1)
