Nature of request
Dilewysshe requests remedy and that judgement be able to be passed at parliament concerning his suit of novel disseisin. He pleaded to judgement before Weyland and his companions in the Bench against Clare, who delayed judgement for favour of the earl for ten years past, and he pleaded to four parliaments whereof it was ordered at the last parliament to bring the record before the king, but they have not been brought to the great disinheritance of the petitioner.
