Description

Richard Daske.
Name(s)
Daske, Richard
Addressees
King
Nature of request
Daske requests that he be granted the charter of outlawry, which is necessary to do right to a complaint, he being an outlaw in Norfolk at the suit of Sutton by a writ of trespass.
Nature of endorsement
The record should be brought into Chancery, and let justice be done to him in the same place.
Places mentioned
Norfolk.
People mentioned
Jack de Sutton.
Note
The petition is dated in the guard note to?? 1321 on the basis of an entry in the patent roll. However this entry concerns a grant of another pardon granted to one Thomas Herewold of London of his outlawry under the same circumstances as given in this petition (CPR 1321-4, p.40). This is not a very secure dating, but there is no other indication.
