Nature of request
The petitioners show that they were outlawed and waived in Kent because they did not come to answer the suit of Reyham that they had abducted his wife and detained his goods. They request that they be granted a charter of pardon of the outlawry and waiving.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a charter of pardon of the outlawry on condition that he surrender himself to prison and stand to right, but the charter will not be delivered to him before that the king is certified that he has so surrendered.
