Nature of request
Cros requests remedy as he has brought a writ of right in the Hustings of London and sued for three years against Keleseye demanding a messuage in London as his right. Keleseye pleaded to judgement but Cros was left twice without a day because Keleseye had a protection for going on campaign. However Kelesey is in London and protecting himself by the protection to delay Cros to his great damage and disinheritance.
Nature of endorsement
Because it is claimed by the plaintiff that Keleseye has returned from the king's service, let a writ be sent to the mayor and sheriffs that at the allegation of the plaintiff they make to resummons Keleseye in a plea before them.

The petition must date to 1324 or shortly before for Cros had released his rights in the tenement, an act that must have ended Cros' suit (CCR 1323-7, p.336).
