He states that he doesn't have even 10s. of land, rent or chattels but the sheriff has put him in 60s. of issues by malice and the abetment of Beneger to his great damage. He requests grace and remedy, and an order to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that he be discharged of the wrong issues.
