Nature of request
It is requested that letters patent under the great seal be granted that no victuals are taken by any victualler taken out of the hundreds, but are reserved for provisioning Dover castle.
Nature of endorsement
4 November, in the 7th year, present in the council at Westminster, the prince, the bishops of Winchester, Durham and Bath, the chancellor and treasurer, the earl of Westmorland, Lord Burnell, and the keeper of the privy seal. It is agreed that letters patent be made on this bill as was customary before.
