The petitioners state that a great number of the fullers of the city have left the city because they did not wish to work in the pits of the city. They request that it be granted to the citizens that all cloths made by them be fulled by fullers of the city except the fullers allowed to send cloths of little value out of the city to be fulled at mills provided that they are sent back to the city to be finished by the fullers of the city under pain of forfeiture of the cloths.
