Conestable complains of William Green and others that they came by force and arms to North Walsham at Monday next before the feast of the Ascension in the eight year of the king's reign, and assaulted and wounded her husband, killed his brother and maimed Hugh le Constable and they are unable to have a remedy. She requests grace and remedy be granted to her at Yarmouth the Monday next after the feast of St Scholastica.
