1) Colleville shows that Page and de la Mare and other malefactors came to the vill of Danby on Tuesday last before the feast of St Lucy in the 20th year entered his house holding it for a great time and wasting and taking his goods and chattels. He requests that a remedy be ordained so that he is able to have restitution of his goods.2) He further states that Hugh de Coleville his proctor in the same place at the time that it was taken by the malefactors sent by his clerk 9 marks to the castle for safety. Laton took it from him on the road. He requests a remedy be ordained that he is able to have restitution of the money.
