Nature of request
Clifford shows that Musgrave, his enemy whilst he was escheator took possession of charters and muniments concerning Clifford's inheritance during his minority, and procured commissions for the holding of inquisitions for many things touching his inheritance to his disinheritance. He requests that the escheator be made to come personally into this parliament to show and return what he has of the inquisitions of this matter so that Clifford is able to have answers and know his rightful inheritance according to law and reason without being delayed any longer.

If these inquisitions have been examined and they are to be sent into Chancery, and there when his answer has been heard, let justice be done.
