The petitioners state that they have been delayed [in their suit] by many adjournments in the debate pending between the queen and themselves by which they are impoverished by many wrongs committed by evil ministers concerning lands and tenements of the foundation of their church. They request that a remedy be ordained of these things to their right according to the purport of their muniments.

Let this petition be put before the king so that with this information he shall do what is right with good counsel.
