Nature of request
Crosseby shows that the arrears of the farm for meadows, curtilages and gardens have been charged to More and others by a commission made to them in the times of Henry III. Crosseby requests that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer shall find by inquest that the said More and the others named in the commission do not have to pay since the commission is no longer in use and their heirs and successors should be discharged of this demand.
