Nature of request
Clarigge complains against Alard, Alard and Paulyn who are entered in his fee detain fealty and other services and will be distrained or submit to justice. In addition Henry Alard and others entered his several land in Westham and drove away his beasts, and Hideneye entered his garden and took his rabbits. Clarigge cannot bring them to justice by any manner of law because they are in the liberty of the Cinque Ports so that he request remedy.
