Clavering shows that Payn and other malefactors by force and arms took five boats of his at Walberswick and carried away his goods in the boats, and assaulted and imprisoned his servants so that he was deprived of their service to his damage. He requests remedy by oyer and terminer.

He should have an oyer and terminer in Chancery before suitable justices by the grace of the king for this trespass.
