Nature of request
The executors show that Chany was bound in a statute merchant to Frisot and Tot in a certain sum of money, which he did not repay. Frisot and Tot sued to recover it and rent and land were delivered to them in Bourn. The Everistons and other malefactors disseised them whereupon Frisot and Tot sued an assize of novel disseisin against them and recovered tenements but the Everistons afterwards disseised them and Frisot and Tot have died. The executors request remedy so that they do not lose their chattels and the trespass does not go unpunished.
