Nature of request
Chaumpaigne shows that he and his ancestors were seised of lands called Flaxlaundes in Thurlaston of the king. The lands were taken into the king's hand by his ministers. He requests that the king give a writ to his keeper of these lands to do justice to him, or that another remedy be ordained to him so that he can have justice.
Nature of endorsement
It is ordered to the keepers of lands that they certify the manner and cause of the taking.
