The petitioners state that the lands which were in the king's hand by the death of Norman were delivered to Juliana, Beatrice and Christina as their inheritance. The lands are again seized into the king's hand by Estbury, without process and against the law. They request that the escheator be ordered to remove his hand so that they can enjoy their inheritance.
