The chancellor requests the king's licence to use two messuages in Cambridge to found a perpetual residence for poor scholars to be called the house of Our Lady.
Nature of endorsement
They should have a writ of Chancery to inquire of the time that they held the messuages contained in the petition, and if it is to the king's damage.
