Nature of request
1) Eastry states that he was appointed to attend to affairs in Gascony with Bourton. Bourton received his fee for all of his life, but Eastry has not received his except his expenses, though he has served the king and his father for a long time. He requests that a suitable consideration is made as seems fit to the king and his council.2) Eastry states that he has expended 60 marks for horses for the voyages made for the king and his father, but he has received no recompense. He requests some suitable consideration as seems fit to the king and his council.
