Byshtone complains that he was twice assaulted by the men of Thomas Bradstone at his house in Bishopsworth by which he was maimed. He was carried into Hampshire to recover and there purchased writs of trespass against them, but he has been unable to wage his law because of the maintenance of Bradstone. He requests remedy.
