Nature of request
Bydyk states that he had distrained Clerk for arrears of rent in a tenements that he held from him. Clerk by colour of his office had Bydyk attached at his suit in the Marshalsea alleging that he had taken his goods and chattels by force and arms. He has sued to the Marshalsea to be delivered, and requests remedy as this was done by Clerk's power to make Bydyk abandon his case, and he still holds him in plea.
Nature of endorsement
He should sue in Chancery to make the record and process be brought before the steward and marshal before the king so that the error can be corrected if an error is found in the same.
