Nature of request
Brom shows that there has been waste and destruction of the woods newly made by the Dallingridge brothers, foresters of the chase to the great damage of the king. He requests that the king order certain of his privy justices with Sackville who is aware of the matters, as there is evidence if the justice come, but if they don't come, the Dallingridges have procured juries for these trespasses and others to the disinheritance of the king.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of Chancery to certain jurors of the king to associate to them Sackville that they should visit the place in person and view the damage and waste which has been made in the same place, and diligently enquire by whom it has been done, and return the inquisition before the king.
