Brocas states that he has been many times to the count of Flanders with the king's letters of request that the count make satisfaction to Brocas of the debt which is due to John de [Balx] for whom Brocas is attorney. He requests that justice be done according to the processes that he has pursued in Flanders . . . in Chancery.
