Bourgham requests that Peres be made to come at this time before certain people assigned to answer for the assaults and other trespasses done by him against Bourgham and his wife as Peres is ready at hand at Clerkenwell since Bourgham is going with the king in his war and is not able to make an attorney in his place. Peter Peres and other assaulted and wounded Bourgham and his wife and took all that they had because Bourgham had sued against Richard Peres. Peres had fled and entered a hospital, and Bourgham had not been able to have his recovery against him.
