Nature of request
The abbot shows that he and his predecessors ever since the foundation of the house have been accustomed to have a measure from all the tin dug within their fee. The keeper of the stannaries and has disturbed the abbot so that he has not been able to receive his measure. He requests remedy for this duress.
Nature of endorsement
Let a writ be sent to the keeper of the stannaries that he should permit the abbot to have as he has petitioned, and he and his predecessors for a long time had. And let there be further legal process and attachment if necessary.
